Key Insights
🌟 Rebranding as a Strategic Shift Towards Broader Accessibility: The transition from Cornucopius to Infinity Rising is not just a name change but a strategic repositioning. The original name carried niche, lore-heavy connotations, while Infinity Rising evokes a broader, more inviting appeal suitable for mainstream gamers. This indicates a deliberate effort to expand the game’s audience beyond the traditional Web3 and blockchain gaming communities, aiming for longevity and inclusivity. The narrative of humanity ascending aligns with contemporary sci-fi themes and offers expansive storytelling potential.
🏛️ Lore Integration Through Brand Identity Enhances Player Immersion: The logo’s design—incorporating dome shapes and the North Star—reflects key in-game elements such as the domed cities and the guiding vision of unity and hope. This integration of lore into branding strengthens player immersion and community identity, making the brand more than a simple name but a symbolic representation of the game’s universe and philosophy. Such branding choices can deepen player attachment and help the game stand out in a crowded market.
🏠 Modular, Customizable Apartments as Core Gameplay and Social Hubs: The introduction of premium apartments with multiple size options—from “basic” to “pinnacle”—represents a major utility feature for players. These spaces are not only places to store in-game assets but also act as personalized environments where players can express creativity and social identity. The modular building system allows for extensive customization, including stacking furniture and altering layouts, which enhances player agency and engagement. This design mirrors successful elements in life simulation and sandbox games, promising a rich, player-driven experience.
🛋️ Building System Focused on Player Creativity and Experimentation: Katherine’s explanation of the building system highlights the importance of player freedom. The ability to clip furniture together to form new shapes (e.g., L-shaped couches), choose material finishes, and scale furniture to different sizes caters to a wide range of tastes and playstyles. The encouragement to “test and make ugly things” underscores an iterative creative process, reducing player anxiety over perfection and promoting experimentation. This approach can foster a dynamic community-driven content creation culture within the game.
❄️ Diverse Apartment Themes Cater to Emotional and Aesthetic Player Needs: The variety of apartment kits—from the opulent “pinnacle” with Miami Scarface vibes to the cozy mountain cabin with slanted ceilings—addresses different emotional and aesthetic preferences, which is crucial for player retention. This thematic diversity supports role-playing, personalization, and immersion, allowing players to choose environments that resonate with their tastes or in-game identities. Additionally, the ability to mix and match kits and materials adds another layer of depth to customization.
🔑 Secret and Easter Egg Elements Build Community Engagement: The mention of Easter eggs in the branding, hidden meanings in the flag, and humorous details like the double love toilets exemplify how small, clever touches can build community rapport and deepen player interest. These elements encourage exploration, discussion, and shared inside jokes, strengthening the social fabric around the game. They also signal a development team attentive to crafting an experience rich in personality and culture.
🚇 Future Gameplay Expansion Through Environmental Design: The teaser of the new underground tunnels under the hub city signals upcoming expansions in game environments and gameplay mechanics. The tunnels promise new exploration opportunities and potential dangers, adding suspense and variety to the player experience. This ongoing content development aligns with the team’s “forever game” philosophy, indicating a commitment to continuous evolution and long-term player engagement through fresh, immersive content.

[music] Heat up [music] here. [music] >> [music] [music] >> Hey everybody, welcome to Cafe Rise. You've got Rob, Greg, and Josh Jones here. Interesting to say that for the first time um since the rebrand uh for those of you who aren't aware of who we are and what we're doing, we're building an amazing game called Infinity Rising. You've seen a little bit of that prior to this probably. Uh but this is where we update you guys, our community um and and tell newcomers about who we are and what we're building. So, uh, on the show ahead today, we're going to talk a little bit about the rebrand that just occurred, uh, which is part of what you were hearing there. Um, as, uh, we were formerly Cornucopius. We are now Infinity Rising. So, uh, a lot of change came with that since the last, uh, week or since the last episode as well. So, this is now Cafe Rise. And, uh, we've got we're talking about the rebrand. We're going to talk a little bit about
00:01:38 - 00:04:15
the apartment sale coming up, the next build. Uh we've got some questions and uh a leak as always. So a special guest for the leak. Um so yeah, with without further ado, Rob, what are you drinking today, sir? >> Well, today in the new cafe, Cafe Rise, I'm having some nice Yorkshire tea. Nice cup of tea. What are you drinking, Josh? >> That sounds fantastic. Yorkshire treat tea is really good. I'm I'm drinking a um organ. >> Oo, >> some protein. Plant protein. 50 superfoods in it. Creamy chocolate flavored. >> Very nice. >> All right. Well, let's kick it off. So, um as already mentioned, we've rebranded. This is our new direction. And I think the the main thing I want to say here is that you know we've been around for four years. We started in 2021 under the name Cornucopius and uh that was phenomenal for our first four years and cornucop cornucopius lives on uh as the nation of people inside the game uh as the nation that
00:02:56 - 00:05:02
has ascended the earth. Um, and so that is still a big part of what we're doing. But Infinity Rising is a name that is uh more mainstream approachable. We've always built with the intent of uh not just being for web 3 game, but also being uh mainstream gamer friendly as well. And so that's a huge part of our vision. And we wanted a name that really encompassed more of what the lore is about as the lore has evolved. And uh infinity rising really captures that. So humanity is ascending the earth and into the sky to limitless infinite possibility in the sky. Uh they are rising together. And so uh it just really encompasses the grand vision of what all you'll be able to do in the game. I mean this is a forever game. We're going to be building forever. So um that's that's another part of it. And so, yeah, I think it's a great move and the community is incredibly excited about it. Rob, what's your take? >> Yeah, I've not spoke to anyone that that
00:04:00 - 00:06:15
does not like the the new name. It definitely sounds more inviting, you know, as as a as a mainstream game. There was there's obviously going to be, you know, some people that don't want to let the the name go. Um, but we're hoping you you will quickly come around to to the new game. Like you say, cornucopius is still the heart of the game. That is that is the name of the the republic in the air. This is where people are are going to. >> Yeah. So it's the space between the earth and the top of the domes that that is all cornucopius. Everything below everything below that still exists on the earth. Um, and not everybody gets to ascend to cornucopius. So, there's going to be some fun in the future because you you're going to have some people that that might, you know, might might not like the fact that there's there's some people living at large up in the sky and and so we we will see as the law unravels. [snorts] >> Yeah. Yeah. It's great stuff. Um, and
00:05:08 - 00:07:15
for Yeah. For the perspective of anybody that's watching that's not, you know, too familiar with us, this was a long uh process and, you know, we we all got really attached to the name over time. Uh, a lot of our community has. So, we've built a strong community over the past four years and we've all grown to really like who we were and what we were doing. Uh, and we still do like and love that. However, um, looking at messaging, Matt, you know, was a big part of spear spearheading this this rebrand and a lot he's put a lot of time and energy over the last year into getting the team coralled and getting all of us in line and leading the process. And there's been, you know, there's plenty of debates along the way that that we had to have where, you know, I like this name, you like that name, all of that. But it was all constructive and it all got us to this place here today. Um, but there was a lot of work involved. I mean, >> yeah. >> Countless meetings, you know.
00:06:11 - 00:08:23
>> Yeah. And and a professional agency and and there's a lot of thought that's actually gone behind the the the what what is what we're looking at here is the logo and a new font. Logo only forms part of a brand. A brand is is a wider a wider offering. Um and and some of the inspiration I think behind what we see wi within the the logo is we obviously see a kind of a shape of of a dome and then at the center of it which again is like another dome we have the north star. I think that was that was pivotal to I think why those two ideas it was was definitely pivotal into why we we chose this particular we call it a mark. Yep. The mark. There were there were two parts of the process. What is the name going to be? That was the first part. >> And then the second part was what's the mark and what do we want it to visually represent? And obviously the domes are such a critical element of the infinite gameplay that's going to be offered over time. So it makes sense to include that.
00:07:17 - 00:09:12
And I got to tell you, man, each time I see this, I I just love it. I love the logo. So, um, and the name >> and it has to work as well when it's in a sea of of logos as people are sharing it out and and when the logos shrink down, what will it look like if we're on screen with loads of others from other projects. So, there there's lots and lots of work that that's gone into it and and into the into the the the retro futuristic font as well that's been used. >> Yeah. And props to the Green Room Agency, their their team, their artists there, uh they worked with us. Gosh, they might have been really annoyed with us. They probably still are. I don't know. There was a good amount of back and forth where we just really wanted to get to that, you know, um took when it comes to something like your identity, you you tend to take a little bit more of a perfectionist approach and and we kind of do that in a lot of ways with other stuff as well because we want to
00:08:15 - 00:10:07
have that level of quality. So, there was a lot of back and forth and they might have get frustrated with us, but hey, that's why I'm giving them credit now. you guys got it to the finish line and we are all really proud of the work that uh we did together. Uh we're thankful for the quality that you guys put into it and the effort that that Green Room put into it and we're happy with where we landed. So um so I gave credit to Matt, gave credit to Green Room. There's also one other person we want to give some credit to and that's Scruffy. He's the one that uh came up with the actual name uh Infinity Rising. So yeah, good stuff. We put together a solid team. >> We want to spend a few few seconds just going through this branding guide. It's just nothing you see in here is >> is for sale. Should we say that? When you see some of the t-shirts that they're just ideas that um who who knows that they may come through. So So we're looking at the attributes. So the the
00:09:10 - 00:11:05
the the font is modern, retro, and bold. And the goal is to develop a distinct style reflecting reflecting retrofuturistic innovation combined with natural harmony to align with the game's floating dome concept. So, you know, so that that was a brief and I I think they've definitely achieved that. There's there's the fonts if any if anybody's interested in in the fonts and and this is some variations of of >> Did you notice that a fox was in the fonts? >> Did I notice a fox was in the fonts? No, I didn't. >> The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy >> go ahead. >> Yeah, [laughter] I'm with you. Yes. >> All right. >> Hey, the fox is everywhere in our game. It's a nice little Easter egg. >> There you go. Um, I love this. >> This Yeah, these are the different versions of the marks that can be used. We'll get this on the Actually, is it already on some of this might already be on the website, but >> I think so. Yeah. I mean, the the font
00:10:07 - 00:12:11
looks great in kind of like it's it's horizontal like landscape, >> but but also portrait and shortened up and and and as this I I see a bull. I I I think that's bullish. >> Do do you see do you see the >> I see what you're seeing. Yeah. >> Yeah. [laughter] I think it's quite a bullish logo. >> But um yeah, so there there's two versions. >> Okay. And we have we have the the the hex. Look at this. This is really cool. This is almost like a I don't know. >> What a protective cover for something. >> Yeah. Old school. >> Maybe a watch. >> Old school car. Old school. >> Oh. Oh, that's a that's a SD card. >> Yeah. >> Is that what that SD card cover? Yeah. >> Yeah. Old school. Much more. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Then this there's just a you know a Bonanza >> GTI baby. some some more language. So so so we know how to to lay out stuff and and and this works really well and and
00:11:09 - 00:13:15
and yeah, who knows on a on a watch. >> Did I just say GTI? >> Was that the bubble jet bonanza? >> Yeah. >> Oh yeah, sorry. Bubble Jet Bonanza. Go ahead. >> And then we have the the uh the T3 here. All [snorts] all looking really nice in the banners. um maybe foreshadowing something on on a mobile in the future and then um yeah just how the ideas of of how it will be will be used. So I I think I think they've done a a a great job on that and yeah none of this is for sale but I mean this gives you ideas of of the next events we could go to what what could be >> what I would like to do. So the reason we haven't sold merch prior to this is just international shipping etc. I think we could technically start selling merch in US and UK fairly easily. That might be something that we shoot for in 26 and then we can add worldwide type stuff later uh when when we have a better solution for that sort of thing. But it does get you don't want to get too
00:12:13 - 00:14:29
pricey for people just buying something like merch. >> But no, but I I think I I mean I I definitely be interested in a a t-shirt. I'm not really into my caps, but I know you are. Yes, I definitely am. >> And for everyone that has, you know, the old the old the the cornucopius t-shirts and, you know, the they're now OG's and those that have cornucopy. >> You mean OG in a different way than we have defined in our Discord? Just as a quick correction, there were questions on that. Rob just meant in in a general way. Yeah, >> there's qualifications for becoming an OG in our Discord, but go ahead. Be >> before Infinity Rising. Yeah, those those OGs. >> So, there is >> Yeah. So, um keep keep hold of those. >> Mhm. Yeah. >> When people people spot those in a few years, people are going >> I'm still wearing it. >> Yep. Yep. And there was the old one older older one with the Islander weights on it. >> Very very nice.
00:13:20 - 00:16:07
So, okay, we can move on to the the rebrand. Um, sure. Yeah, go into the flag. >> Look at the flag next. >> So, >> yeah. >> So, we we have an interesting flag that actually has some secrets, but we won't talk about the secrets, but I think [snorts] it's worth talking about the flag. >> Absolutely. So, so this is the the cornucopia cornucopius republic flag. So, what this represents along the outside we have 12 stripes. Those actually represent the 12 architects, not the not the 12 sectors as as I've I've seen some people guess. There is also seven stars. They actually represent the unification of the seven continents of the earth. Um some would say cornucopius is now the eighth continent. Um the eighth wonder of the world. Who knows? Um we have corn and we have wheat. They represent the abundance in in the skies. We have the olive branch that represents peace and unity. It's weird every time I hear the word unity because we're on Unreal Engine.
00:14:45 - 00:16:59
>> Yeah. [laughter] And most people won't hear that, but yeah, I I I kind of hear it. Throws me off. And then we have we have a sun in the middle. Um that represents hope and the dawn of a new era and is also reminiscence a little bit of the domes. Um and you'll also find on the outside, oh no, we won't go through that. We will not definitely go through the the there's some um there's an Easter egg in there as well. >> So we will leave that to to speculation but yeah there's more going on. So yes this is the cornucopius republic flag cornucopius [clears throat] lives on. The republic lives on. We are the corn lives on. The year of the corn lives on. All of it lives on because we are the people the community and the of the nations rising up into the sky. So, um that's that's the good news there with uh for those of you uh attached to the the previous game name. The only thing that's really changed is the name of the game. >> Yeah. So, next up from the rebrand, you
00:15:51 - 00:17:57
know, we had um a huge uh announcement on tokconomics changes. uh probably a little early to mention that. How being that we didn't have the paper quite finalized in a final state that we were able to release that with, but we we got so much information that we're uh giving you guys over time, we wanted to also kind of split this up into phases because it's just a lot to digest all at once. Um so that's part of the reason for that. But the tokconomic the tokconomics announcement is huge. We made major restructuring uh offer for the most part very very positive changes overall uh in our belief we're trying to basically think of the community of holders as a whole and what's the best thing for this project and for rise token which is the backbone of our ecosystem our entire ecosystem and so um yeah I'm really excited about we've seen some comments from the community quite a bit of comments on on the announcement They're for the most part all of those covered in uh the deck that we'll be
00:16:54 - 00:18:49
publishing. Uh it could be out by the time of this episode airing. Uh if not, it's going to be out very shortly after. Uh so it could be coming out next week, but um yeah, we're very close with that and uh hopefully that'll give you guys a lot to digest and I'm sure that there will be even more questions afterwards. Uh so we're also going to gather questions from the community. um after this has been published and then uh try to give a a written answer to those. So we've kind of got a we'll have a living paper, a white paper on our tokconomics and then we'll also have a Q&A that goes up with that. So people's got questions and answers and all that stuff after we do that. So >> there's always more questions. I mean my comment on that is if you have questions raise a ticket. we'll try and raise it there rather than just airing it out in the public and you know >> regarding this specifically yeah that's a good point and then regarding this
00:17:52 - 00:19:53
specifically we'll we'll provide a place for you guys to ask your questions around the tokconomics doc that way we can um we'll we'll we'll gather those up and for for what we're able to answer it's it's not like I I don't know how many we're going to get so um we'll be as efficient as we can choose the ones that we can answer get you guys answers on that doesn't mean we're going to answer everyone, but we're going to do our best. >> Um, so yeah, that's that's it for that. Now, let's let's move on to the next topic, which is the apartment sale. Uh, the apartment deck should be out by now. Um, which you guys, I'm sure, are seeing some amazing footage uh or or uh uh photos inside the apartment deck um and details on that sale, which is next week. So, uh I'm very excited about this. the premium apartments uh hub premium hub city apartments I think is what we're calling them and it's uh very exciting. So um there's the deck right
00:18:52 - 00:21:06
there. Um now keep in mind at time of shooting this some of this may not be entirely finalized uh but uh whatever you're seeing if we've announced it um then then that is uh final. But um yeah there's the apartments deck. It goes through all the detail we can for you guys. The basics are that the sizes of the apartment are the rarities in this case. So, uh you'll participate in the sale and you could get a pinnacle or you may get a a what was the small size name? Um there's various different sizes. Uh it's right up there. The plus. >> Yeah, the plus. You might get the basic is what's free for everyone. Uh the plus is the uh the next size up from a basic. Um, but it's the small and the and or the it's it's the opposite of the pinnacle, right? So, the pinnacle is the largest one we have. Uh, the plus has 13,500 total supply. Uh, the prime has 9,000. Now, keep in mind these numbers might sound large, but this is these are a onboarding ramp for mainstream gamers
00:20:00 - 00:21:57
as well. And so, it's kind of a sale that'll keep going. This is a huge utility aspect for you guys in the game. uh gives you place to store stuff, a place to beautify and make your own uh it's your digital digital sense of life, right? You get to create your own custom avatar, and then you get to go in and create your own space. Uh so, it's going to be a lot of fun. I can't wait for this uh sale. And then coming soon, I can't give the exact date, but we think it's this year, you'll be able to build out your apartments. So, um very exciting stuff because that that building kit has come a long way. Um, all righty. I think that's that's pretty much it. And we can go ahead and cut to our special guest, which >> um I'm excited about. So, here we go. All right. Well, hey, here we go. We got another special guest here, David. Um, good to have you on the show. What are you drinking today? >> I It's actually not water this time. I'm
00:20:58 - 00:22:50
actually drinking homemade sweet peach tea. So, >> that sounds >> delicious. So, Delicious. That sounds really good. Not water. I was going to say you did you bring the old Stanley. Um >> I've still got it over here >> just in case I need it. >> Okay. Good, good, good. >> What do you think of the new venue? We ditched that that old Kopi Cafe. We're now in the cafe rise. >> Yeah, >> that's true. >> It's it's a change. I I catch myself slipping up all the time, but I'll I'll get used to this stuff. >> So far, I've had daily slip ups in one way or another. Uh, but that's okay. We'll we'll get there. Um, all right. Well, I think David, you have a special guest uh that you you brought with you today that you're going to bring up. So, let's go ahead. >> I did. Well, yeah, I did bring somebody with me. the community I think has already seen her before, but you know, hailing from Canada, we have Katherine
00:21:54 - 00:24:01
and she is one of our fantastic environment artists and the person that has really headed up all the decor and furniture and all the wonderful things you're going to be able to build inside of your apartment. So, welcome, Katherine. >> Welcome, Katherine. >> Hello. [laughter] Happy to be here. >> Good to have you. I've got to say, I looked at the uh apartment deck, which um is uh should be coming out. It it should already be out, but um by the time of the airing of this, and I hadn't seen some of the photos before uh that Matt utilized, which really indicates the the [snorts] strength of your work, and it just looks outstanding. Uh very, very exciting. And I know David's told me before that this happens to be uh the ability to like custom create your apartment and your space and design. It's it's a big passion of yours. So I'd love to hear more about that. >> Uh yeah, in fact gaming wise before working in 3D. Um I always played a game
00:22:57 - 00:25:26
where you can build a home. I I I think I never played a game where you cannot build your home or a base in some sort of way because to me a game without a home, it's not something you want to come back to all the time. >> Uh but having a place that is yours and that you can decide how it's it's it's looking and how it feels really make a big big big difference. So I played a lot of Sims and a lot of things like that. And uh since I began working here, I was pestering David to know when we will do this because I wanted to be part of it. >> So I think I maybe ask it first weeks even because it's something I was looking for. >> Well, how do you feel about what we have so far? >> Uh I'm very impressed by the amount that we could pull off in the short amount of time we had. Uh, but I'm especially very happy because I think we have already and we'll have even more uh ways to custom and make it really what you want it to be. And even more than this, when
00:24:11 - 00:26:19
we built the asset, um, we tried to think about the way of creating new assets with our assets. For an example, I have a couch that is beautiful simple couch, but if you want to clip it into another couch for a little extra cost, my David might tell you uh you can have now a L couch and it's it's going to work maybe not for all of them, but and shelving things like a lot of thing can be stacked and put together to create new things. So, can't wait to see what the player will do with it. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. I think that's the cool part about the building system is so say when it comes to like kitchen stuff, you're not just plopping down like a a vanity or something like that or a kitchenet, you you're actually just building it how you want it to look. So if you want a L-shape or if you you know you want a big circle with a fire pit in the middle or you could do anything you want to do. And I think that's that's the beauty of our building system which we'll we'll
00:25:16 - 00:27:31
show off in the near future that kind of puts the power of I'd say it's kind of like um kind of like doing environment art in a game engine. It's it's going to give our community that kind of power. So it's going to feel very unrestrictive which is the the nice thing. And if I can add something. Oh, sorry. We also tried to think about >> the player that will have very small space like the player that will have humongous space. So we tried to let's say you have a kitchen table. You don't just have a giant one. You have multiple size option and things like that. So everyone will find something that can fit their home. >> That's that's amazing. Very very exciting. I can't wait to use the tool and I know it's in production and David you said uh in the near future um we won't say when but we do have something available today right now this is our leak section of Kopi uh of Cafe Rise >> uh this is our leak section [laughter] >> yeah I caught myself halfway uh so why
00:26:23 - 00:28:30
don't should we should we jump into that or and then we'll just kind of chat more with Katherine and and you as we explore uh you guys creation here. >> Okay, >> let's let's hop into the game. >> Sounds good. >> So, what are we doing in here? We're in a tunnel. [laughter] Does anybody know what we're doing in this tunnel? >> Escaping. >> We are >> No. >> Checking out the new level. >> Coming out. There is some underground structure now that's in the hub city and in a very very near upcoming release you'll be able to go through these tunnels. There might be some danger down here in these tunnels as well. So uh look out for that. But we're going to sprint our way out here >> and prepare yourself for a long travel because this tunnel is not short. [laughter] >> These domes are really big. So when it comes to all the infrastructure, >> bring food, bring drinks. >> Yeah, you might starve for the
00:27:27 - 00:29:18
adventure. >> So >> yeah, >> also a good place to run from the law in the future, I would say. >> All right, so we are at the reserve and we've we've been here before and talked about it. This is a place that's owned by the real estate company. Uh it's designed to show you different model apartment layouts that will be in these big buildings that you can see over here. There's there's lots and lots of them. This is a very big big city space, >> but they're intended to give you an idea of the size and what you can actually do with them. So, they're they're models essentially. So, >> um where do we want to go first? I know we've shown the other ones. Do we want to hit the pinnacle first or >> Sure. Or the cabins or the pinnacle? One of the two. >> Yeah, I think Yeah, let's just talk to the pinnacle here. Pinnacle. So, this one's got uh four floors, about 1,600 square meters. So, this is a very
00:28:22 - 00:30:30
>> Before we enter that one, >> I want to say that I did pretty much all the model apartment, but that special first floor that we are about to enter is from David because it's so special. It couldn't not have come from my mind. It's really David that did brilliant first floor. It's amazing. I think anyone can make this. So, coming in here, I got to say the the first feel for me is Miami Scarface. Um, a little bit 80s. So, uh, you know how you think about I think about rich folks that might have like a penthouse and they always have this tendency to go in a direction that's they have too much money and they don't know what to do with it. So, they end up doing something maybe a little bit goddy. But I [laughter] I I actually think it's it's pretty cool. >> What do you guys >> I would agree. It's got a Scarface vibe. I love it. >> Definitely Scarface. So, >> Katherine, by the way, what are you drinking? >> I'm drinking coffee and water, but
00:29:26 - 00:31:40
mainly coffee [laughter] >> all the day. >> And another thing we wanted to do with the apartment models is show different style with the same kit. for example, uh it's all the things you shown in the other episode are all part of the modern kit like the pinnacle that we are visiting right now, but they all have a different feel to them. So, I tried to demonstrate that you can do something more natural, something more opulent, something more uh man cave, you know, you can go multiple ways with the same uh base kit. >> Yeah. So because this um so the game by default comes with a modern/contemporary kit and because we allow material customization on each piece uh you you know like Katherine is saying you can you could do just about anything you want with that base kit. Uh and then we'll we'll go over some of the other kits that'll give you some more unique visual uh functionality in just a bit. It's a nice little study area over here. >> Should we go upstairs?
00:30:33 - 00:32:39
The rug. Yes, the rug. >> The respir rug. >> Gonna head upstairs here. >> I also have to give a shout out to Antoan uh which is the person who helped me model all those things. So, I was responsible of deciding the design of the object, but I had help a lot of help on the modeling side. Uh, and fun fact, I'm not the only Canadian anymore. So, it's another fellow Canadian that helped me. >> I really like Canadians. I think I need to add more. >> All right. >> I got to say it was easier to speak in French for that back and forth. >> You guys get that benefit. >> I'm checking out this mirror. Fascinating. >> Look at the cute little elephant on the wall. He's so cute. I just want to pet him and [clears throat] tell him he's a good boy and squeeze him and stuff. >> Good boy. He's a good boy. >> He's definitely a good boy. upstairs to a, you know, you have that overlook and we got a very nice kitchen area. You
00:31:37 - 00:33:41
got a little closet over here. The kitchen looks like it could serve a pretty decent amount of people here. >> It's got a little bit of a >> pretty amazing kitchen. There's no doubt. >> And if you can go into that little room, David, to show the closet thingy. Just to mention, it's modular. So people can create room, space, filled of closet, small closet. You can do whatever you want with it. It's all modular and clipping with itself. >> Place to store your handbag. But yeah, all modular. So it's really cool. >> Very cool. >> All right. What do we got over here? [sighs] We got a little bridge. See, this is how you know you don't have enough money in real life. If your house doesn't have a bridge, then you're not making enough money. So, >> that is important [laughter] to have. >> This looks uh We got the foosball table over here, which is a rumble ball version of that. It's pretty cool. >> Oh, dang. Rob is missing out. Rob, I
00:32:40 - 00:34:50
would have thought you'd been with us by now. >> No, I'm here. I'm watching. >> Okay. try to incorporate some Easter egg in the production of the the thing and add some little detail. >> Corn Runner over here. Nice little sitting area. >> Little gaming station. >> Corn Runner. >> Corn Runner. Nice. >> Did you write that? >> Got your typical cleaning stuff over here so you can keep your apartment tidy. Ooh, a little little movie room. >> Yeah, >> entertainment room. >> Ah, the star of the show is in here. This is how you know you've truly made it. >> Right here. >> I think I know where we're going. >> Yeah, >> the double love toilets. So, [laughter] what is what is the joke that we keep saying? Those that poop together stay together. >> And [laughter] if if I can uh tell a little anecdote for that asset. Um, and I find that particularly particularly sorry fascinating here is that sometimes
00:33:47 - 00:35:51
great or funny things will spawn from a random idea. I remember me and David were chatting and one of them sent the gift of that uh meme, you know, with the couple on the toilet and we were, "Wouldn't it be funny if we made it?" And David said, "Okay." And we made it. So sometimes little magical things just spawn out and we do it. So it's really really nice. >> Yeah, that's awesome. >> That's >> creativity there. >> Got to have a bit of humor and a little bit of swank at the same time. So [laughter] >> humor and swank. >> Very nice. Uh I don't This bathroom's very rich. I don't I feel I feel too poor to be in here. So >> they they have a cleaning lady, that's for sure. [laughter] >> [sighs] >> It's a nice bedroom. Let's go over to here. This is probably one of the most exciting things. Um, this is a special type of door that you can't go in here right now, but here you
00:34:49 - 00:36:55
can actually hang up weapons and things on the on the wall. So, anything you want to store in a vault kind of way. You could have weapons in the wall, you know, grenades sitting around, all the typical stuff that you need to have in in, you know, in a panic room. >> The door will fly >> and it's a bookshelf. If the door is closed, just looking like a bookshelf. So, it's a secret door. >> Secret door where you keep your secret stuff. This is where I would probably store my bobbleheads. So, store them inside of here. >> Bobblehead storage. >> Nobody can touch my bobblehead collection. So, little office area, but uh Oh, Katherine, you want to talk about the little green room that you have over there? >> Oh, yeah. The green room is another thing that was not planned first, but um we had big windows and I really wanted to have a green room. So I proposed to David, can you make a glass room because uh since we don't have necessarily outdoors uh thing so you can put a
00:35:52 - 00:37:55
lounge chair, you can in the sun, you can have plants. So that's the little uh and you can do something else than a green room. If you want a bedroom that is glass ceiling and wall, you can. But it's really the special place of that pinnacle. >> Yeah, I love it. All right. Well, um I guess it's it's time to leave the pinnacle. Move on to something else. Oh, there's a record player over here. >> Well, that is huge. >> Yeah, this is uh this is a really really big space. I mean, and you know, just to point out to the community, everything that you see inside of here, even the interior walls, all of the columns, this is all built with the building system. When you're getting an apartment, you're getting an an open space that's kind of just like a a warehouse. It's there's nothing in there, and you get to build it how you see fit. The entire floor layout, how many floors uh that you have room for. You can even change, you know, if if you don't want to deal with the
00:36:53 - 00:39:08
3.25 meter height floor that we have here. You can even adjust that uh to have room for some more floors if you wanted to or a loft area that's a little bit shorter. You can pretty much do anything that you want to do. And if I can add something for the player that will use it later, don't be afraid to test and make ugly things in the sense of your first home that you will try to build will not be as pretty as your 12th. It's normal. It's good to experiment. You can try things. You can rebuild it after. So, it's just to have fun with it and experiment. >> I love it. >> All right. As you can see, goodbye to Miami. [laughter] >> Later, Scarface. >> Yeah. All right, let's head over to This one doesn't have the marker on the outside, but this um you guys will see that in the actual release. This is a prime size. Um >> there's a there's a couple others around here, but it'll make sense to you guys once you're in here. Katherine, you want
00:38:02 - 00:40:07
to do the first entry and introduction? >> And these these these are not necessarily standalone buildings, are they? >> No, this is a kit, a premium kit. David, if I uh >> No, but I mean the the apartments will be stacked on top of each other. >> Yeah, as I mentioned in the beginning, you can see there's various different buildings and you'll have different levels that hold different sizes. You can see them. They go all out there a long ways. These are just model examples at a ground level so you could see what they look like. >> The cabin is very special to me. A lot of work went into it [gasps and laughter] and it's the most recent we did also. So I was really excited to see it and show it. Uh >> yeah, I like it here. >> It's got a great vibe. >> Yeah, >> a cozy Colorado kind of vibe. The goal with this one uh was really to make something that feel homey that you would like to go if it's cold outside, you know, and have a little cozy time.
00:39:06 - 00:41:18
>> It's super >> and it's also in introducting a new feature in in a way in the building system because this kit has slanted ceiling. So if you want that cabin attic look with the slanted ceiling, you can. >> Yeah. Okay, >> there all sorts of little details around here. And we've also got this is a mixture of the mountain cabin set and a mixture of the harvest kit. So, you can see you'll see both of those up in the store in the future, but you'll see little elements from the harvest all over the place, which makes things feel very fall. >> Obviously, the better place to show the biscuit was in the cabin. It was like very fitting. I think this is my favorite bathroom in this uh apartment model apartment. I really like the bathroom of this one. >> Yeah, this is nice. Oh yeah, I need this bathroom. I absolutely love. >> And this bathroom, same thing for the shower. It's modular, so you can create a big shower, small shower. It's really
00:40:11 - 00:42:18
uh the player that will decide. >> Little bench in there. Nice. Very nice. Yeah, this is very zen feeling kind of bathroom there. So, >> let's head upstairs. What do we got up here? >> Oh, look at the little bear boy. Look at his face. He's so cute. >> Amazing that you can create all of this with our our different building. Now, what is this? A specific building kit that will be available. >> The mountain cabin. Yeah, >> the mountain cabin kit. Yeah, >> the piece are pretty much the same. Beside the construction piece, let's say in the modern kit, you will have basic wall. Those are wood walls. So, you have a difference, but it's the same size. You have a small, a medium, and a large, but this one has the slanted one that the modern doesn't have. And also for the log wall, since we wanted the player to be able to choose because it's not everyone that really love the the log the the the log wall, some prefer it more modern. So the log ward is a cover.
00:41:14 - 00:43:15
So you can put the the wood wall and if you want it in log, you put the cover just on top. So you can choose in which room you will have normal wood or log. >> And you can mix these kits together as well, can't you? >> Yeah. Mix and match, mix the materials, like >> you can create pretty much anything. >> We have a little bit of modern here, but really little. Like for example, the TV. We did not remade a cabin TV, so it's the modern TV. So, yeah, people will mix and match as they please. >> Yes, >> I love it. Wow. >> Yeah, I love all the You've got the little hunk of wood over here in the corner. All the little details like you can see like the the deer that you have >> and everything is at a level so you can place object on them. >> I love this bear though. >> People that like to clutter >> will be served. >> I'm going to go down here. I saw there was another bear. Maybe I have a thing. I'm scared to death of bears in real
00:42:17 - 00:44:32
life. But >> in the entry in the entry the the bench is two bears sitting holding the bench. Maybe this one you are. >> That bear is really cool. >> What is it made of? >> It looks >> We need a bowl. I have just honestly we got to have a bowl. We're calling for it in crypto. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I see the little bears. Those guys are cute holding you up. But yeah, what a very warm, fantastic filling kit. I really like this kitchen though. So I think it's the first uh kitchen to have bench for the table also. So another little difference that's also the case the the goal with packs. Yes, we have a team and we have something but we also try to introduce different thing that we don't have in the other. For example, here the oven is in the pantry. I don't know the word for that. Uh and we don't have that in the modern kit. So we try to also put different things that are new. >> Yeah. Now, this looks fantastic. >> It really does. Really slick. Okay, I'm
00:43:28 - 00:45:25
gonna have to have this kit for sure. >> Yeah, I think it's a mustave. So, >> it's my favorite for sure. [laughter] >> Who doesn't like a cozy cozy cabin vibe? I mean, definitely pretty slick. >> All right, that's pretty much it, I think. I mean, this is the reserve. Uh those of you out there in the community will trust me get to see this very very soon. So um >> yeah, >> you'll you'll get to hang out here, get an idea of different apartment sizes, uh an idea of what you want since we do have a sale that's that's coming up. And uh of course, you know, you got questions, uh feel free to throw them our way and we can certainly answer them. >> Yeah, please do. Please do. For sure. And Katherine, great work on all of this. >> Really shows that you uh that you're skilled, that you have the experience, but also the passion. >> Uh cuz you know it comes through. You guys really put something amazing together there in a short amount of
00:44:29 - 00:46:21
time. You already said it. >> We really tried to uh >> go on a steady uh move and we developed a way to work and all to go faster and all that jazz too. So, it's really >> I know that I can't wait until I can get my hands on that building kit. Uh, but we do have the apartment sale coming soon, so you can uh participate and get a premium or a pinnacle or whatever it may be. Uh, and uh we'll we'll see how that goes. Um, there should be more information uh e the deck should be out for the apartment deck and then we've got more information coming soon. Uh, so that is coming up really quickly next week. Um, and uh we'll Yeah. Thank you for joining us here on uh Rise Cafe Rise. Katherine and David, it was my pleasure. >> I'll get it right one of these days. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> All right. Well, uh we'll see you guys on the next one. Thanks. >> See you.
