She could be the Twelfth or the Threenth Architect from the Twelve Architects based on the Game Director’s statement that the 13th is a female, 12th if the Genesis Project was the last in the line of technological developments leading to the sky arcologies.

Earlier ranking is thinly based on the similarity in the last name endings with Vasily Adamovic, her being a possible apprentice of him and going on to greater things herself, but quotes attributed to her speak about the Domes, the sky arcologies, which are closer to the game’s starting year rather than around 1905 contemporaneous to Adamovic.
