Theme Zone Land Claim
Theme Zone Land Claim is a system that allows characters to use land plot deeds to claim land plots in the in-world theme zones.
Overview
Land Claims are scheduled events that happen sporadically. They allow characters to use their deeds to claim an eligible land plot. These events occur on an out-world website platform.
Selection Phase
In the first phase, characters use the out-world website to place their deed(s) on eligible land plot(s). One deed can be assigned to multiple land plots. This placement does not mean the land plot has been claimed with the deed, but it places that deed to be considered when claiming occurs in the next phase.
Assignment Phase
During the assignment phase, all eligible land plots are cycled through on a schedule. The system takes all of the placed deeds and assigns the land plot to the highest rarity deed the has been placed on it in the previous Phase, if there is a rarity tie, the system awards it randomly between the tied deeds.
If a deed has been assigned to a land plot it is removed from assignment consideration on land plots further down the schedule.
