Apartments & Housing
- Apartments are now available to claim and build within the Solace Hub City.
- Players can now visit the Skyland Real Estate Office to browse and claim available apartments.
- Apartments can also be directly claimed from apartment keypad terminals located at apartment buildings throughout the city.
- Five apartment tiers/rarities are now available, ranging from basic starter spaces to premium high-end residences.
- The first apartment tier is free for all players unless they already own a larger premium apartment.
- Apartment building functionality is now available, allowing players to construct and customize their own living spaces.
- Apartments support co-building functionality, allowing multiple players to collaboratively help construct and decorate an apartment.
- Only the apartment owner can sell placed building items.
- Players assisting with construction can place new items, but must purchase those items using their own in-game funds.
- Players can place walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, decorations, utilities, and more using the apartment building system.

Civic Works & Missions
- Added Civic Works terminals across all major locations throughout the world.
- Civic Works serves as the primary access point for missions and contracts across the Republic.
- Players can now access main quests, side missions, cargo contracts, delivery jobs, and additional activities through Civic Works terminals.
- Civic Works helps centralize mission flow and player progression into a unified system accessible throughout major hubs and settlements.
Cargo Hauling
- Added Cargo Hauling missions as a new gameplay feature.
- Cargo Hauling allows players to accept hauling requests from NPCs across the world.
- Players can pick up cargo shipments from designated cargo stations and transport them to delivery destinations throughout the Republic.
- Upon successful delivery, players will receive payment covering both the cargo value and an additional delivery fee.
- Cargo Hauling introduces an early foundation for logistics, transport, and player-driven economic gameplay within the world.
Delivery Missions
- Added Delivery missions as a new fast-paced gameplay activity.
- Players can now take on food delivery jobs for Burger Barn using specialized delivery drones.
- Delivery missions require players to quickly transport food orders to multiple destinations across the world before time runs out.
- Players must complete the full delivery interaction process at each stop to successfully finish orders.
- Speed and efficiency matter — nobody wants cold food arriving late.
- Delivery gameplay introduces a more active, time-sensitive mission type focused on traversal, navigation, and route optimization.
Progression & Careers
- Added the first implementation of the player progression system.
- Players can now earn XP and level up through gameplay activities across the world.
- Leveling up grants Perk Points which can be spent on specialized career paths.
- Initial career specializations are now available and unlock access to higher-tier crafting benches and discipline-specific progression.
- Vocational Skills now level independently as players actively work within specific jobs and professions.
- Increasing Vocational Skill levels can improve payouts, unlock progression opportunities, and provide additional job-related perks.
- The progression system establishes the foundation for long-term player growth, specialization, and economic identity within the Republic.
Crafting
- Added the first major implementation of the crafting system.
- Through Career Progression, players can gain access to increasingly advanced crafting benches as they move up within their professions.
- Players can now access Tier 1 crafting benches located throughout the world, especially within towns and settlements across Solace.
- Apartment building progression now allows players to construct and place crafting benches up to Tier 3 within their own residences.
- Crafting now includes hundreds of available recipes spanning multiple professions and disciplines.
- Certain recipes must be unlocked through gameplay progression, exploration, or quest completion.
- Some quests now reward exclusive recipe unlocks for players pursuing specialized crafting paths.
- The crafting system forms a major foundation for the Republic economy, progression systems, and future player-driven industry.
Questing & Story
- Added various new side quests throughout the world.
- The Main Quest Intro Part 2 is now available and continues the early narrative progression for new players.
- Players can continue uncovering more of the world, lore, and underlying mysteries through the expanding quest system.
PVP Arena
- The PVP Arena has been significantly updated and expanded into a more structured mini-game experience.
- The arena now includes dedicated team systems, spawning areas, match flow improvements, and enhanced combat structure.
- Players can access the PVP Arena deep within the Hub City underground maintenance tunnels.
- The updated arena experience is designed to support more organized competitive combat and repeatable player battles.
- The PVP Arena is still considered a work in progress and will continue receiving polish, balancing, and additional features in future updates.
Criminal Justice System
- Added the Criminal Justice system.
- Players can now receive bounties for attacking other players or discharging weapons in restricted areas.
- Security bots now actively patrol major locations and will respond to criminal activity by engaging hostile players.
- Players now accumulate wanted levels that can escalate up to 5 stars depending on the severity of their actions.
- Higher wanted levels result in increasingly aggressive security responses and greater enforcement pressure throughout protected areas.
- The Criminal Justice system helps reinforce law, order, and risk within
Relic Quest World Event
- Players can now participate in the Relic Quest world event.
- Terra forces have begun attacking cargo vessels high above Solace, causing valuable debris and cargo to rain down across the region.
- Players can search the world for downed cargo containers, relics, and scattered goods from destroyed vessels.
- Recovered items can be delivered to the Antique Shop within the Solace Hub City.
- Maxwell Calder acts as a fixer for an exclusive client whose cargo was lost during the attacks.
- Players will be well compensated for recovering valuable goods, especially for certain items that require a bit of discretion.
- The Relic Quest introduces an ongoing world event focused on exploration, scavenging, discovery, and emergent world storytelling.
Improvements & Optimizations
- Major multiplayer synchronization and networking improvements.
- Reduced packet overhead and improved responsiveness in larger player groups.
- Improved player interaction responsiveness and overall multiplayer smoothness.
- Additional performance and stability improvements across the game.
Known Issues
- All player data has been wiped for the O.4.0 release.
- A bug may cause some players to become stuck in an avatar creation loop due to residual local player data.
- To avoid this issue, players should wipe their Inventory and Progress data from the Character dropdown menu on the Main Menu before entering the game, especially if the issue occurs.
- Release information aboard the Elysian Ship located within Calido Resort is currently out of date and will be corrected in an upcoming hotfix.
- Transport traveling from Calido Resort to Solace has a chance of ejecting players into the air if standing too close to the front of the vehicle during travel.
- Players are advised to remain toward the rear of the transport until this issue is resolved.
- In certain edge-case scenarios, players may discover ways to build outside of intended apartment boundaries.
- This issue is known and will be addressed in a future update.
- Some player synchronization issues may still occur in highly populated areas.
- Additional optimization work is ongoing throughout the world.
Some systems and gameplay features are still actively under development and subject to change during Early Access.

Minor Features and Known Issues: Combat - Animations, Poses and recoil have been reworked
Chatbox - idle display behavior can now be set in the settings screen under the game tab
Quest Log - Doesn't have gamepad support currently.
Buttons Added - added in the character tab at the main menu, one for clearing the inventory and IGC, and another for resetting the quests and clearing inventory and IGC.
Main Menu - Server searching has been reworked a bit, so now the player has the option to cancel, and the screen will only fade to black once a server to connect to has been found.

New Features: Game Ready Christmas Sale Items Added
Terra Drones are invading all Solaces, hunt them down and wipe them out, there are 63 in each Solace at any given time.
The scanner can be used to detect drones. Hold "E" on keyboard to scan the surrounding environment.
New weapons added, as well as use of the S92, and Sentinel 45. (MeatGrinder will be released in a few weeks)
Updated combat systems, scanner devices can now detect drones within range.
Drones have various armor plates with different armor ratings, and now come in Light, Medium, and Heavy Sizes.
Light Drones are as you are used to. Mediums have blasters and well positioned armor plates. Heavy's have a gatlin pulse energy array weapon head, which is random and extremely deadly, they are also heavy armored around most of their chassis. When going drone hunting bring a friend, bring plenty of food, drink, ammo, and medical aid. Best of luck on the hunt!

Needs System is WIP - will have issues sometimes with the UI showing multiples of the same thing, is fixed by respawning/restarting. Also it does not function in Calido Valley Raceway/Pavilion in its current state, and not all food and drink items replenish the system.
DLSS and other new Nvidia software features - can provide significant performance improvements on some setups. However, these features are dependent on many factors, including CPU/GPU bottlenecks, and specific graphics settings, and resolutions while in use. Feel free to try out all the new features if you have a Nvidia card, but note some tuning will be needed. You don't need all of the settings on in most cases, some settings combined with others can actually reduce performance. Some time to test and tweak is recommended.
Game coloring and lighting has been adjusted to improve visuals, darkness issues, and artifacts.
interiors can look too bright with Hardware Lumen turned off, this is currently in ongoing development and will be updated over the next releases. Its recommended to be left on if your hardware can support it.
lighting/shadows can flicker on fog, environment, and clouds at specific times of the day or lighting angles, especially present early morning/late evening.
water materials system are mid-rework, some materials might appear to have strange bouncing reflections.

Features
- The Reserve
- A small corner of the Solace Hub City is now accessible through the North West Maintenance Tunnel.
- This tunnel can be accessed from the back of the medical facility in the Solace G-Train Station. Access to the full Hub City will be available in the next release once it’s ready.
- The Reserve contains the Real Estate Office for claiming future apartments and a showing of all rarities and sizes of apartments, fully furnished. It also includes furnished showings of special build kits.
- Unwanted Guests
- The Terra are attempting to open Rifts in Solace’s Hub City.
- Their survey drones are filling the maintenance tunnels below.
- To reach The Reserve, you’ll have to fight your way through.
- Bring plenty of food and health packs for the journey — the tunnel is a long one.

- Land Plots
Signs are now included on land plots in Solace to show rarity and the claim status of each property.
- PVP Arena
If you can find it, near the medical facility in an offshoot of the maintenance tunnels, there’s a PVP Arena situated inside a decommissioned industrial tank. This area will remain lawless in the future. Have a score to settle? The PVP Club has you covered.
- 1 Rule: we don’t talk about PVP Club.
You’ll also find a near-unlimited ammo supply on both sides of the entries for each team — a temporary feature for this release.
- Combat and Needs System
Various adjustments have been made to rebalance weapons and establish proper effective ranges. Fixes to the Needs System have also been made to address stamina issues that were weighing down the experience.
- Networked Systems
Multiple updates have been made on the networking side to improve server performance. This will remain an ongoing process leading up to Alpha release.

Resolution in Windowed Mode - Best experience is in Fullscreen—Windowed may not render native resolution.
Performance Dips - Some areas may lag, especially after adjusting graphics settings. Wait 10 seconds for full effects to apply.
Weapon Reload Animations - Do not sync for other players currently.
Vehicle Balancing (Unreal 5.6 Update) - Some minor issues remain on specific race tracks due to ongoing rebalance.
Inventory Bug - Destroy Item Popup - Exiting inventory mid-destroy action can cause the dialog box to persist until you leave the level.
Loot Chest Freeze - Rare bug where players may freeze momentarily after exiting a loot chest.
Collision Glitches - Players may occasionally fall through terrain or get stuck in the environment.
Pavilion ACMs (Food Court) - Currently inaccessible.
Racing Lobby Join Delay - "No Lobby Found" message may appear briefly before joining. This is temporary and should resolve within seconds.
Avatar Replication on Open-Air Vehicles - Other players may not see avatars correctly on vehicles like the Javelin during races.
Graphics Settings Reset - After changing multiple settings, return to the main menu before re-entering a level for best results.

FEATURES:
Calido City: See the other side of Calido for the first time. Still highly a work-in-progress and will be updated over time to support many game features. Aero Trails Game Mechanic: A jetpack flying course through rings in Calido City that starts near the airport entrance and takes you to heights in Calido City. Compete with others for the best time. Jetpack required. Early Crowd and NPC System bring Calido City to life. Calido International Airport is can be partially visited and still WIP. Calido Metro has two new stops. Financial District, and Calido International. An uptown stop will be added at a later date. Early General Store functionality for buying and selling inventory items. Early Banking functionality. Collect credit chips and deposit them into your account! Various ACM machines are available around Calido City. Nexus Express is available in Calido City. Head, Body, and Feet clothing items are now only able to be equipped through the inventory. Various optimizations on avatars, GPU/lighting, network and CPU performance.
KNOWN ISSUES:
Major performance issues on low end hardware in Calido only. This is due to areas not optimized yet, because of the work-in-progress state of Calido. This area is being expanded for new major gameplay features over the next year. VRAM can be higher than ideal in Calido Resort/Calido City area. Collision issues on rocks and other game assets in Solace, some clipping might occur as collision is WIP for Game/NPC AI. Unfinished collision and game art in areas in and around Calido City, and Calido Resort, some areas might be empty. No jetpack invisible barrier in Calido. Not really a bug, more of a feature, but it will allow you to go to areas that are unfinished/not player intended.
Occasional issues with the inventory and nexus system where items might not equip or disappear.
Minor visual artifacts around avatar when spinning camera.
Occasional rubber banding with jetpacks on a slow connection. This really goes for many other things as well. Ping is King! Choose appropriate Server region for best experience.
Various minor lighting and shading issues especially at night time.
Transport systems can sometimes kick out the player, or have other unexpected results.
Occasional performance issues in certain locations.
Rare black screen issue on level load that might require mouse input to solve.
Rare fatal error bug.
Rare issue of avatar feet gear disappearing on certain surfaces.
Calido International Airport is work-in-progress and all areas are not accessible.

For access to premium content that is for your Head, Body, or Feet slot, you can use the Avatar Creator for those.

KNOWN ISSUES
Fatal Errors when moving things around in inventory, specifically when you try to move an item into a space that is too small. These will be worked out in the next release. Rare occurrence with /Nexus access that might yield inconsistent inventory results at times. If you have any issues with accessing what is in your wallet, or something isn't showing up in the Nexus, definitely report it, there are many changes on the game and back-end that are under development relating to asset management. Minor general inventory consistency issues. Unfinished collision and game art in areas in and around Calido accessible by jetpack. Collision issues on rocks and other game assets in Solace, some clipping might occur as collision is WIP for Game/NPC AI. Occasional issues with the inventory and nexus system where items might not equip or disappear. Minor visual artifacts around the avatar when spinning the camera. Occasional rubber banding with jetpacks on a slow connection. This really goes for many other things as well. Ping is King! Choose the appropriate server region for the best experience. Various minor lighting and shading issues especially at night time. Transport systems can sometimes kick out the player, or have other unexpected results. World Travel to and from Calido Resort: just head up to the top of the landing pad area just across the bridge from the world breaker in Calido Resort and enter the flying transport.
Land Plots! Grab a scanning device, equip it on your wrist. You can find these in various locations marked with a Land Rush event sign. The scanning device will allow you to see plots in the Solaces you might be interested in, as well as other locations around the map.
Press the Action button for keyboard or controller to see plot details once you have found a plot.
Press "N" to scan your surrounding area, or "RB" on Xbox controller.
Night time is dark! Make sure you have your scanner device with you. Press Left directional pad on controller to activate a light, and press "E" on keyboard.
Navigation! Press "M" key to access navigation in the Solaces; navigation data is not yet available for Calido and the Global Map.
Enjoy exploring the Solace Sector Hub, riding various new types of transport, as well as arrival stations in each sector, and underground metro's in the Solaces.
KNOWN ISSUES Land plot information will show "Claim"; this will take you to the website, but the Land Claim event has not started yet.
In Solace Metro stations, only the Red Line is running for now.
Occasional clipping in tunnels for the metro trams in the Solaces.
